    • You upload a lab report
    • You request the AI-generated report via email/SMS

1.2 Lab Report Data
  • You upload diagnostic lab reports voluntarily for analysis.
  • These reports may include health parameters, age, gender, and other test-specific data.
  • You are responsible for removing personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, patient IDs, barcodes, and hospital details using our redaction tool.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Generate and deliver AI-powered lab report summaries
  • Send the results to your email or phone
  • Maintain limited audit logs
  • Communicate regarding service issues, delivery, or updates
  • Share limited marketing content (you may opt out anytime)
  • We do not use your data for profiling, advertising, or resale.

3. Data Storage and Deletion

  • Uploaded lab reports are processed by AI and automatically deleted within 15 minutes. We do not store lab reports permanently.
  • Your name, email, and phone number are stored securely for communication and audit purposes.
  • We do not link your contact information to the lab report content after processing is complete.
  • We retain your contact information to support features such as report delivery, reprocessing requests, referral tracking, order history, and audit logging. This information is stored securely for as long as needed or as required by law. To delete your personal information, contact support@labaisistant.com.

4. Children's Data

  • If you are uploading a report on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without appropriate guardian consent.
  • Reports of minors are processed in the same secure, temporary manner and are not stored.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information only:

  • With trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery), under strict confidentiality obligations
  • When required by law or legal process
  • To protect rights, safety, or compliance of LabAIsistant
